Constructed in 1859 by the Guinness family, The Malt House is a building steeped in history and forms an integral part of Dublin’s dockland heritage.

Due to open in 2023, this iconic development will provide a contrasting blend of Victorian and contemporary design, with a stunning 4 storey glass extension rising above the existing stone clad building.

Malt House boasts over 60 metres of unobstructed views of the Grand Canal basin. Upon completion the development will comprise of approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of vibrant office space over 8 floors ranging in size from approximately 2,200 sq. ft. to 4,800 sq. ft.

Working hand-in-glove with the design team we provided specialised advice throughout the design and construction phases including assessing M&E, glazing and general contractor submissions.
