Spring City 66 - Acoustic Design
The 430,000 m2 mixed-use development includes a retail podium and two office towers of 349m (78-story) and 250m, residences, offices, SO Sofitel & Jumeirah Hotels.
Equipment in several MEP floors were critically reviewed with respect to noise transmissions to office floors above and below. Appropriate acoustic upgrades were coordinated with other consultants and the main contractor for implementation.
