Working closely with the design team we applied our expertise on the scheme design from early in the design process. The site runs adjacent to a major railway line and the impact assessment considered both road traffic and noise from passing train events.

The Acoustic Design Statement included minimum specifications for glazing and ventilation across the scheme particularly the most exposed facades to ensure that the design criteria would be achieved.

The creche location was developed with the noise impact in mind and with specific design criteria.

We worked hand-in-glove with the design team and external agencies including the planning authority and Irish Rail to get this development through the arduous LRD planning process.
