Following from our successful completion of Charlestown Phase 2, we were once again appointed as Acoustic Consultant for the design of the next phase in this strategic development on Dublin’s northside.

We were engaged by CAIRN at an early stage of the design process which resulted in our façade design work leading to significant cost-savings in terms of the glazing specification. Our internal design work also identified key cost-savings on several floors.
