This 47-storey building, 475-room Hyatt Regency Hotel and apartments stands at 229m, the tallest structure in the country.

Working closely with facade and interior designer, an acoustic scheme was developed to minimise noise intrusion.

The fully glazed ballroom at ground level was able to fully mitigate the noise from rail line in front of the building.
