The proposed development involved the construction of three apartment blocks ranging between 3 to 8 storeys in height.

Appropriate criteria to protect the internal noise for future occupants was set and glazing and ventilation specifications drawn up to cope with the busy traffic dominated site.

Operational noise from M&E effecting existing neighbours was also considered and included in the application to Dublin City Council.

Approval was granted Sept 2022.
